My contract with my French multinational IT company was ending.
The Director of HR, who was always pretty nice to me, asked,
“Do you want to renew your contract?”
And I said, “No. I have plans.”
Plans? I wasn’t entirely sure what those plans were.
But I knew one thing with complete certainty — I was done building someone else's story.
It was time to build my own.
